Terms and Conditions for MAY 9-13th
- We will not accept any delivery timing requests due to peak period, all deliveries will be between 10am to 6pm
- We will not accept any changes to delivery date for orders between 9-13th May
- Changes to name, address, contact number and messages have to be made by 8th May. All changes to name, address, contact number and messages after 8th May will incur a $5 service fee per change
- If the recipient isn't at the location, the boxes will be left at reception or with a colleague for offices and at the door for home addresses. If there is no where or no one to leave the box with and if the recipient isn't contactable, our delivery man will need to bring it back to the office to reschedule for re delivery the following date at an additional fee of $10
- If the driver is unable to locate the recipient or if the address is not complete or in cases of locations where our driver is not allowed into the offices, our driver will contact the recipient and we seek your kind understanding in these situations
