As an Florist cum Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations, with a primary focus on order, delivery logistics management and customer happiness management. Your exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and interest in flowers will contribute to providing outstanding customer experiences and maintaining the highest level of service.

Responsibility:

•  Preparation and curation of daily orders, all types of floral arrangements, and new floral and gifts designs.
• Oversee the entire order processing cycle from order to delivery confirmation.
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment, taking special requests and preferences into account.
• Inspect all floral arrangements and products for freshness, quality, and accuracy before dispatching them for delivery.
• Oversee delivery management, coordinating with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, and handling customer feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the floral design team to ensure stock availability.
• Manage paperwork, including invoicing, receipts, and records of orders and deliveries.
• Utilise software systems and tools to maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards in the floral studio.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar operational role, preferably in a florist business or related industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Knowledge of floral arrangements and flower types is a plus.
• Proficiency in using technology and software for order management and record-keeping.

Social Media Content Creation:

Qualifications:

 • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills to create compelling social media content.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and social media management tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
